We are more than a local coffee shop.
In addition to offering a range of expertly crafted coffee beverages, a daily assortment of fresh
locally-sourced baked goods and award-winning liege-style JohnnyWaffles, we give back to our community.
Fresh Start Cafe is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Our funding is generated by running a sustainable business model: premium coffee shop goods at an affordable price as well as donations. All tips given at the coffee shop are considered donations; we have no debt and operate a financially successful operation.
Through partnerships with local out-reach programs and organizations, we provide aid to student youth and their families.
In addition, a donation match has been established that is funded by local businesses and individuals for select local projects.

For over 50 years, the Canon McMillan Santa Fund has supported local student-youth and their families through funds provided by private donations. Fresh Start Cafe, a registered non-profit 501c3 organization, is now partnering with the CM Santa Fund to streamline the process of providing aid and our mission to help others.
Your donation made through this site will be directed to the Santa Fund.
A donation receipt will be emailed by Fresh Start Cafe (EIN: 88-0656354) for your records.
